I read every message that lands in the Elena Reviews It inbox. Most get a reply — though it might take me a few days, especially when I’m deep in testing something for the family or the kids have us running in five directions.

If it’s about a specific product, pop the name in the subject line. Even one sentence of context — “the air fryer you recommended won’t fit my cabinets” or “is that vacuum really worth it with a shedding dog?” — helps me give you a useful answer instead of a generic one.
What I love to hear about
- Reader questions about something I reviewed — yes, even if I wrote it ages ago. If a product has changed or stopped holding up, I want to know.
- Corrections — found something inaccurate, out of date, or just confusingly written? Tell me. I update posts when readers catch a real mistake.
- Review requests — the thing you wish someone would actually test honestly before you spend the money. I can’t promise to cover everything, but I keep a running list of reader suggestions and I shop from it.
- “Did this work for you too?” — honestly, some of my favorite emails. If a pick saved you money or a dud cost you some, I’d love to hear it.
What I don’t respond to
- Generic press releases
- SEO outreach, link-building requests, or “guest post” pitches
- AI-generated mass outreach
- Anything that begins with “I came across your website and was impressed”
